Since December 1986, Pastor Sam Polson has served as West Park's Senior Pastor. Under his leadership the church body and facility have experienced tremendous growth. Prior to coming to West Park, he served as a Youth Pastor in Ohio. He currently serves on the board of two international ministries and is involved in a Pastor's Prayer Cell with other local pastors.

Pastor Sam trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior as a high school senior and was called by God to serve Him in ministry as a young adult. He and his wife, Susan, are the parents of three children, Ruth, Stephen, and Jessica. They are committed to serving Christ together and are devoted to spending time together as a family.
